About our speakers:

Bill Bennett
VP eCommerce, Kroger
Bill is vice president of E-commerce for The Kroger Co., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for leading cross-functional partners in Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Technology & Digital and 84.51˚ to develop a robust e-commerce go-to-market and growth strategy across the enterprise. Bill joined Kroger from Walmart where he served for more than seven years in a variety of e-commerce and store leadership roles. Most recently, he served as vice president of e-commerce and was responsible for all elements of Walmart’s pricing, competitive intelligence, and centralized cost & negotiations, including teams across strategy, analytics, and product management. Prior to that, he worked on the store (brick and mortar) side of the business as a senior director of Pricing Strategy and senior manager of Finance and Strategy. He also led the pricing strategy team at S.C. Johnson and served in a variety of leadership roles in pricing, category management and sales at General Mills.
Adrien Nussenbaum
Co-founder and CEO, Mirakl
Adrien is co-founder and co-CEO of Mirakl, the industry’s first and most advanced enterprise marketplace SaaS platform. Founder of All Instant, a New York-based instant messaging platform sold in 2003, and SplitGames, an online video games marketplace sold to FNAC in 2008, Adrien’s career has been focused on disruption and innovation. Over the past 20 years, Adrien has built and led winning teams across the globe and generated billions in sales for customers.

Umesh Sripad is a digital native leader with several years of experience in Product Management and Consumer Technology.

Currently, Umesh is SVP, Digital at Bed Bath and Beyond – He is responsible for leading and transforming digital business across all banners – Bed Bath & Beyond, buybuy BABY and Harmon – optimizing customer experiences, executing omni-first strategies, customer facing technology, and digital commerce.

Previously, Umesh was Chief Digital Officer for IKEA Retail U.S., he led brand’s digital
transformation creating a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Prior to that, Umesh led Overstock.com’s Digital Product and Technology. Before that, he held several leadership positions at CNN and Weather Channel. Umesh comes from New Zealand; he kicked off his career as a Product Manager at APN News and worked his way up to be Head of Product Management. Umesh lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter – enjoys playing tennis, soccer and traveling.
