Matt Fischer is the Vice President of Operations at Shop Premium Outlets, A Simon Digital Marketplace, and an experienced retail and marketplace leader. In his current role, Matt leads teams responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing new solutions to help retailers sell using the marketplace model.

Matt joined Shop Premium Outlets from Rue Gilt Groupe, where he led over 10 marketplaces that produced over $30M a year in GMV and accelerated key performance metrics that helped Rue Gilt Groupe grow as a differentiated marketplace seller, including KPIs related to on-time shipment, cancellation rate and customer feedback.

Matt has proved instrumental to the advancement of retail and continues to evolve and develop growth strategies.

SVP, Content and Commerce, NBC Universal
Evan Moore is Senior Vice President, Commerce Partnerships, NBCUniversal Advertising & Partnerships. In this role, Evan leads a team that creates commerce opportunities through storytelling for retail and consumer good brand partners through multi-platform shoppable entertainment and advertising experiences powered by the full suite of One Platform Commerce technologies.In the last decade, Moore has built his career at the intersection of content and commerce. He has served as a product leader for startups, innovative mid-sized companies, and Fortune 500 brands dedicated to creating innovative consumer experiences, world-class e-commerce platforms and top online media properties.Before joining NBCUniversal in 2019, Moore scaled the digital product teams and e-commerce businesses for brands including Goop, Daily Candy, Shopzilla, Beauty counter and Ticketmaster. Moore holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and earned his BS, Computational Information Systems from Brooklyn College
Eric Yale
Business Consulting Director, Mirakl
Eric is a Director in Mirakl's Business Consulting practice within Customer Success. He leads a team who is responsible for ensuring  that our clients are successful in the implementation, adoption, and use of Mirakl's platform. Prior to joining Mirakl Eric held several positions at Forrester in the Strategy Consulting practice and spent time at Accenture and GE. He holds a BA from Babson college and a MBA from Northeastern University.
