Using Your Marketplace to Transform Your Business from Product-Centric to Customer-Centric
In the era of customer centricity, a company that focuses exclusively on the products it develops or directly distributes will struggle to meet evolving buyer expectations. This on-demand session will empower you to break through traditional views of your value chain and embrace a more agile product strategy that delivers additional value and an overall better experience for buyers.
This on-demand session will feature insights from UNFI, the largest publicly traded wholesale distributor of health and specialty foods in the United States and Canada. They’ll share how they’re leveraging the marketplace to deliver an improved experience - for both buyers and vendors - while also maximizing marketplace analytics to inform future business decisions.
Every attendee in this on-demand session will come away with:
- New opportunities to improve the customer purchasing experience within their business across personas
- Strategies to protect and strengthen relationships across channels
- A framework for using marketplace data to inform business decisions, and critical KPIs to measure success
