Jodi Fountain
VP of eCommerce, SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA

Jodi Fountain is the Vice President of eCommerce for SalonCentric, L’Oréal’s distribution arm for its Professional Products Division. After spending 15 years developing expertise in strategy and sales analytics, Jodi joined SalonCentric in 2015. She has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, with a consistent focus on driving sales and profitability.

Jodi’s primary responsibility most recently has been on accelerating eCommerce growth by leading omnichannel digital experiences across platforms. To achieve this, Jodi is currently leading SalonCentric through a dramatic transformation in digital technology with the launch of the SalonCentric Marketplace, a first-of-its-kind, powerful one-stop-shop resource for stylists and salons. Jodi’s extensive background provides her with a keen understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and equips her with the knowledge required to ensure dominant market share moving forward. While SalonCentric’ s marketplace is a major accomplishment for the professional beauty industry in the U.S. market, it also plays a much larger role in the global market, as this model will be replicated by The L’Oréal Groupe for future marketplaces around the world.
