About our speakers:

Vincent Cotte
Director of group eCommerce strategy, CARREFOUR
After graduating from HEC Paris, Vincent's first experience is in the Video Games industry at Ubisoft then Gameloft, eventually leading the E-Commerce technical team. He then becomes Strategy Consultant for Kearney, where he addresses a variety of projects in Digital, Transportation and Financial industries among others. He gets back to E-Commerce in 2011 by joining Amazon in France, first on Customer Experience Strategy topics, then leading the Supply Chain and back-office operations for CPG products in France. In 2015 he transfers to Amazon Headquarters in Seattle, USA, to lead and grow the Dietary Supplements category for the US. Back to France in 2018, he joins La Redoute as Marketplace Director, with the goal to industrialize and grow this Fashion and Home Marketplace. He joins Carrefour in 2021, with a worldwide scope and the mission to help the retailer meet its ambitious target of becoming a leader in E-Grocery, and to participate in transforming the group into a Digital Retail Company.
Laurent Thoumine
Managing Director Head of Retail in Europe and Consumer Goods in France & Benelux, ACCENTURE
Laurent Thoumine is Managing Director of Accenture's Retail, Fashion, Luxury and Consumer Products for Europe. After a few years with the Casino Group, in France and South America, Laurent joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Kurt Salmon Associates, where he took over as executive director in 2007. In 2012, he joined the men's clothing group Celio at the head of Back Office operations before creating two start-ups dedicated to mathematics for commerce and the operation of ephemeral stores. Laurent regularly contributes to press articles in France and abroad about consumer trends and trade trends around the world.
 
Luca Cassina
EVP Customer Success, EMEA, Mirakl
Luca leads Mirakl’s Customer Success team for the EMEA region and has more than 20 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, and digital payments. Previously, he ran the Fashion Marketplace at Amazon Europe and held various senior leadership roles at PayPal, including serving as Managing Director Western Europe and as General Manager Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. Previously he was the Country Manager Switzerland at Schibsted Classified Media and the Founder and CEO at TalentManager.com.
Sophie Marchessou
EVP Customer Success, Mirakl
Sophie leads Mirakl’s global Customer Success team in the beauty, fashion, and home categories, where she is responsible for driving marketplace adoption, growth, customer satisfaction and advocacy. Sophie joined Mirakl from McKinsey, where she was a partner leading large-scale digital transformation projects for clients in consumer, retail, tech and private equity sectors. She graduated from HEC and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
