He is responsible for the company’s digital customer experience strategy, digital commerce, customer portal and modernizing and digitizing business models.
John Sganga
Senior Vice President, Alternate Site Programs, Premier
John Sganga, Senior Vice President, Alternate Site Programs, is responsible for the overall leadership of Premier’s non-acute, alternate site and sponsor programs. Prior to Premier, Sganga launched and served as President and CEO of Innovatix and Essensa, which Premier acquired in Dec. 2016. Under his leadership, Innovatix and Essensa have grown into leading national non-acute care GPOs, with over 60,000 members and surpassing $8.2 billion in combined contract volume in 2016. Sganga’s nearly 30 years of healthcare experience includes serving as executive vice president of GNYHA Ventures (the business arm of the Greater New York Hospital Association), senior director of financial operations at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and at Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting Service. 
Samer Shehadeh
Global eCommerce & Innovation Director, Electrification Business, ABB
Samer is a 20+ year veteran in the Digital Commerce arena. He is currently the Global eCommerce & Innovation Director for ABB Electrification Business. In this role, Samer is responsible for global eCommerce strategic initiatives targeting online and digital sales growth that provide an amplified digital customer experience and strengthening our digital distributor/customer relationships. Prior to joining ABB, Samer was with Eaton where he was responsible for their global eCommerce program. Previously, he had spent over 10 years consulting in the digital transformation space.
Steve Tadd
Director of Marketing and Information Technology, Toyota Material Handling, Inc
Steve Tadd is the Director of Marketing and Information Technology at Toyota Material Handling, Inc. (TMH), North America’s leading forklift brand for 17 consecutive years. He is responsible for the company’s marketing and IT strategies, and for Toyota’s digital transformation, online customer experience, integrated dealer systems, and customer data. Tadd has led a customer-centric transformation driven by data and optimized by analytics, and has helped position Toyota to remain the industry leader. Tadd’s efforts have contributed to the company’s recent records in sales, profit, and market share.

President, Electrification Business, ABB India, ABB

Chandraprakash (CP) Vyas, President – Electrification Business, ABB India has 30+ years of experience in Service, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Operations & General Management in ABB. Currently he is the president and lead business manager for Electrification, ABB India, responsible for complete value chain of solutions from low voltage to 33kV equipments. He is also responsible for a significant channel network for ABB’s business and driving technology solutions for building the infrastructure backbone for smarter and inclusive cities - smart power distribution, sustainable mobility solutions with electric vehicle charging and solutions for smart and energy efficient buildings.

At ABB, CP is known for his acumen in change leadership. CP has also been instrumental in the digitalization journey of the business in India. With manufacturing facilities in Nelamangala, Nashik and Vadodara, smart manufacturing and the launch of modular, integrated packaged and digitally enabled equipment like circuit breakers have been initiated in his tenure. Under his leadership, smart factories have been set up for manufacturing smart power safety and distribution in Nelamangala and Nashik.
