Head of Digital Business, Worten

Executive with solid experience in marketing, sales and business development within retail, e-commerce, digital ventures and consumer goods industry. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from INSEAD. He has worked in Europe, Singapore and Brazil for Procter & Gamble, Submarino.com and is currently Director of Digital Business for Worten (SONAE). Mentor for startups and advisor for companies and professionals with an interest in investing in digital business.

Jody Kalmbach
Group Vice President, Product Experience, Kroger

Jody is group vice president of Product Experience for The Kroger Co., based in Cincinnati, She is responsible for defining and driving the seamless experience for the company ensuring the right solutions are built and optimized to serve our customers, associates and partners. This includes Product Strategy & Planning, Product Management & Design, Digital Shopping Experience and Digital Analytics. In this role, Jody partners with leadership across the enterprise ensuring we are solving our customer and business needs.

José Nilson Ferreira
Marketplace Director, Carrefour Brasil Grupo
José Nilson Ferreira is the Marketplace Director at Carrefour Brasil Grupo, and is responsible for the e-commerce operation (commercial, marketing and sales, except food categories). Ferreira has also led the company to reach more than six million cataloged products. He has 31 years of experience in online/offline retail and wholesale sectors in Sales, Operations, Services, e-commerce, Marketplace and B2B Solutions in the largest retail companies in Brazil and has worked at Grupo Carrefour Brasil since 2018. Ferreira previously worked at Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Grupo Martins e Lojas Americanas, where he played key roles in defining, developing and implanting strategic initiatives and processes, while leading and developing teams that focused on end results and value generation for all stakeholders.
